CraveHRO was founded in 2021, by Nicole Craveiro, an award-winning Human Resources Advisor, after she left a toxic work environment. Nicole is also known as "Not Your Father's HR" because she does HR differently. Her purpose is to make a positive impact on organizations across the US by acting as a sounding board offering expert guidance on developing and executing HR strategy to assist leadership in understanding workplace complexities and solving the challenges that come with them by putting people first.
Nicole specializes in the human factor and creating a stronger workplace culture, better ensuring employees feel recognized, appreciated, and valued for their contributions to their organization. Her creative insight has been tremendously helpful and critically important to achieving the mission of the employers she supports through coaching on areas such as performance management, employee relations, compliance, policy, professional development, total rewards, and many other aspects of the employee experience.
Nicole started her corporate career in administrative support a decade ago. In 2016, she discovered her passion for Human Resources at a start-up Accounting Firm. She then pursued her Master's in HR Management at Stony Brook University, where she graduated with a 4.0 GPA in 2019. She is PHR and SHRM Certified.
Nicole is an active member of the Moxxie Mentoring Foundation/Network, whoggga, BNI, and the Women's Business Club. She is a Co-Chair of the HIA-LI's Human Resources Committee and SHRM Long Island Chapter's Professional Development Committee.
She enjoys horseback riding, scuba diving, bowling with her LI Kick team, and traveling to new places.
